How strong is the winch?

12,000 lbs rated pull capacity. More than enough to load any standard passenger vehicle, truck, or SUV — even if all four wheels are locked or flat.

Can I load a car with a locked transmission or flat tires?

Yes — the winch pulls the vehicle up the ramp regardless of whether the wheels roll freely. You may need to release the parking brake first if it's locked.

Does the winch require power from my tow vehicle?

The winch is powered through the trailer's 7-way connection to your tow vehicle. As long as your vehicle has a 7-way plug wired for 12V auxiliary power, the winch operates normally.

What hitch do I need?

A 2-5/16" hitch ball, 7-way trailer plug, and a brake controller. We have a hitch available if your vehicle needs one — just mention it when you book.

How much does it cost?

$100/day, $550/week. A $100 refundable deposit is held at booking and returned when the trailer is back in good condition. Tennessee sales tax applies.

Can I book same-day?

Yes — same-day bookings are available when the trailer isn't already reserved. We approve most requests within minutes during business hours.
